This portrait is attributed to Katarzyna Opalińska (1680-1747), wife of Stanisław Leszczyński (1677-1766), King of Poland and Duke of Lorraine. Queen of Poland from 1704 to 1709, then Duchess of Lorraine from 1737, she was the mother of Marie Leszczyńska, future Queen of France and wife of Louis XV. The painting is presented in a carved and gilded wooden frame (18th century), decorated with floral relief.
