Beautiful oil painting on panel, in a contemporary frame of carved Swiss pine gilded with gold leaf. In the painting, the Madonna, wearing a halo, veil, and robe, holds the baby Jesus, also wearing a halo and naked, and holding a small bird. Next to them is the infant Saint John, wearing a halo and carrying a crozier, who gazes at them. This is a very expressive painting, with a remarkable attention to detail. The painting is also in good condition and has not undergone any restoration. It is attributed to a Tuscan painter active around the first half of the 17th century.
