Striking pair of multi-branch candelabra in Sheffield silver, signed Tiffany & Co. Makers, richly decorated in rocaille style. Each piece rises from a finely chased scalloped base, with a shaped and elegant stem branching out into five scrolling arms, together with the central light, for a total of six flames. The drip pans and sockets are embellished with acanthus leaves and scroll motifs, perfectly reflecting the late 19th-century revival taste.
Executed with the refined craftsmanship that made Tiffany world-famous, these candelabra combine decorative monumentality with exceptional silversmithing.
