Lyrical Abstraction. 22 mixed media drawings (pencil, watercolor, ink) glued onto 10 sheets of paper (some bear the mark of the Aussedat et cie paper mills in Annecy), unsigned. 65 X 50 cm for the support sheets. Our drawings are part of the artistic movements of lyrical abstraction, tachisme, and informal art initiated in particular by Otto Wols (1913-1951) in the 1940s and 1950s. Although the artist did not sign his drawings, he nevertheless left the mark of his talent and the richness of his imagination. Unframed. Some damage to the support sheets. A tear on the sheet containing the totemic representation on a green background. Good overall condition. 850 euros
