Iron, steel, wood, silver, and gold
Total length: 50 cm - Barrel length: 38 cm – Muzzle diameter: 16.5 mm
Chambers with flat sides, then round, with smooth barrels, two registers separated by ridges in the middle; richly decorated on top with gold damascene work: bouquets, radiant sun, stars, and crescent moon. Gilded brass front sights. Engraved breech tails with gold background.
Round locks, engraved with a bundle of weapons, with gold backgrounds. One is signed GUILLEAUD Père et Fils and the other St Etienne. Hammers and basinet covers engraved with gold backgrounds. Baskets with flash guards and gold backgrounds;
All fittings are hallmarked silver; richly decorated in half round relief.
Walnut mounts.
A steel ramrod with silver fittings accompanies the pair.
