Beautiful and moving white cotton tablecloth embroidered with red mercerized thread entitled 1914 Année Memorable. Very fine cross stitch embroidery and drawn threads on the scalloped edge on the four sides. Large central medallion with a couple of notables in 16th century costume, decorated with vine leaves and bunches of grapes with a rooster, rabbit, deer and pig in the corners, recalling the agrarian codes of France of this period. No defects and clean. Excellent condition of color and conservation.
