Late 18th century, white stone. This Buddha head, crowned with a tall conical tiara finely adorned with pearl friezes and decorated with lateral scrolls, is fully in line with the aesthetic specific to the Shan ethnic group. It is distinguished by the youthful and serene expression of its face, giving the whole a character that is both pleasant and imbued with gentleness.
