Pair of Siena marble and gilt bronze cassolettes – Restoration period, 19th century Superb pair of cassolettes dating from the Restoration period in Siena marble of a beautiful warm and veined color, mounted on a rectangular stepped base. Each piece is enhanced by an elegant, finely chiseled gilt bronze bowl, decorated with gadroons and stylized foliage, and palmette. The side handles are formed by delicately worked volutes. France 19th century Very good condition: some minimal chips at the base of the foot
