Felix Sanzel (1829-1893) - French sculptor, associated with Paris. His studio was located at 16 rue de Chalons and he exhibited at the Salon d'Art from 1849. In the 1860s, his work was appreciated by the jury of the Salon. He executed a public commission entitled "Captive Love" from 1868, which is in the Botanical Garden of Paris.
