Empire daybed or duchess bed in mahogany with detached columns from the early 19th century. Consists of a duchess bed, a semi-circular canopy suspended decorated with gilded bronze. The whole is entirely dressed in fabrics with emblematic motifs of the Empire period. The mattress and the custom-made bed base are in very good condition, the dimensions of which are: 186 cm long and 91 cm wide.
