"Stamped Delaisement, Rare Louis XVI Period Mahogany Voyeur"
Rare 'voyeuse' chair for man in solid mahogany, molded and carved, the rectangular back decorated with fluting and surmounted by an armrest, the racket-shaped seat, standing on four tapered, fluted and rudenté legs.
Stamped Nicolas-Denis Delaisement, master in Paris in 1776.
Louis XVI period.
Very good condition.
Upholstered in petit point tapestry with polychrome floral decoration on a yellow background.
