Charming little bowl - planter or empty pocket in Limoges porcelain entirely hand-painted, representing a pretty poppy decoration on a soft blue background. The four feet, as well as the edge of the neck are made of fine gold. This bowl was made by L. Buisson, a very talented decorator, active in the 1930s - 1940s.
