The frame is made of fir and veneered in walnut, giving it a solid and well-balanced appearance. It stands on shaped legs and features harmonious proportions (width 119 cm, depth 58 cm, height 82 cm). The top is bordered by a refined decorative band of inlaid wood strips, crafted by combining different wood species with remarkable precision.
The front is symmetrically arranged: a large central drawer with a practical pull-out writing slide above it, two small side drawers, and two lower side cupboard doors concealing spacious storage compartments. The interiors are plain yet functional, retaining their original layout and period patina.
A sturdy and authentic piece, ideal for daily use or to complement both classical and eclectic interiors. A fine example of early 19th-century Venetian cabinetry.
