Staged in a draped niche with a chromolithograph surround. Our bisque representation in soft colors is equipped with a surprising music box device. The whole framed in gilded wood. A French production that could not be more kitsch but touching in its fervor.
These prayer boxes doubled with a music box had their heyday around the years 1880 to 1900.

Good condition - some losses to the frame.
