Wooden chest with carved flat decoration, including figures with swords in hand, the domed lid, and two wrought iron side handles. The inside of the lid has a pyrographed decoration of a cherub. Northern Italy, 17th century. Length 44.5 cm - depth 23 cm - height 27.5 cm. Good overall condition, with a very beautiful patina. Some losses and restorations, lock missing.
