I offer you this beautiful statue called blolo bla, the famous representation of the husband of the afterlife among the Baoulés. It has a very important ceremonial patina, these statues being regularly coated with palm oil or shea butter, kaolin, millet beer, ashes ... etc ... The feet are destroyed. The face is smiling, serene, peaceful, the hands on the belly as often a sign of fertility, the scarifications well represented. It has a custom-made base, from a collection in Angers.
