Raspberry Pendant Brooch With Gold Enamel Pearls, Art Nouveau, Early 20th Century
This charming Art Nouveau brooch in satin-finished yellow gold represents a raspberry branch. The raspberry, topped with its enameled leaves and stalk, is set with fine pearls. A larger pearl represents a flower bud. The opalescent satin enamel is shaded with pink and green. Much rarer than traditional bunches of grapes!
It can be mounted as a pendant: a silver and zirconium bail is sold with it to allow this. All you have to do is put it on one of your necklaces.
Perfectly functional C-shaped closure system, gold pin.
Can be worn as a pendant if a bail is added!
Unhallmarked gold, tested 14 carats with a touchstone.
Unidentified maker's mark on the clasp. Perfect condition!
Art Nouveau period, circa 1900-1910, probably from a manufacturer in the USA from Newark.
