Vicenza Extendable Table In Solid Cherry Wood, Late 19th Century

Elegant Vicenza table from the late 19th century, made of solid cherry wood. Nearly square in shape (116 x 98 cm), it features extension leaves that allow it to reach a total length of 214 cm. Total height: 80 cm.The legs are straight and slender, enriched with finely grooved details and small turned elements, stylistically reminiscent of late 19th-century local art school productions, such as the UG16, combining decorative craftsmanship with simplicity.
The table is in good condition. Some minor cracks are visible on the extension leaves, due to the natural shrinking of the wood over time, but the structure remains solid and fully functional.
A genuine and versatile piece of furniture, suitable for classic or rustic interiors, thanks to the warm tone of the cherry wood and its balanced proportions.
