"Blue Crystal Salt Bottle With Silver Cap Napoleon III"
This large salt or perfume bottle is made of cobalt blue cut crystal. The reserves of the decoration are highlighted with gold threads in the romantic Gothic style. The stopper is made of engraved embossed ribbed silver, vermeiled inside. It is complete with its emerald inner stopper.
Boar's head hallmark on the collar attached to the bottle.
Wear of the gilding on one side of the bottle, otherwise excellent condition without chips!
Period 19th century, Napoleon III circa 1850.
