Lunéville Faience Holy Water Font - 18th Century" 18th century Lunéville high fire holy water font. Unusual shape for Lunéville. This object is part of the iconographic images in this book, the former owner was partly the editor. See photo of the reference book (photo top left). Non-nippled cup with a slightly wavy edge without facets (unlike another piece presented by myself on the site), a rarity in Lunéville production. The very marked hollow edge of the backsplash, the flower of the cup could suggest a production from Franche Comté, advice to expert amateurs. Perfect condition: no repairs, no cracks, just to note microscopic chips on the cup.
