A Chinese porcelain plate with a slightly gadrooned rim and polychrome Famille Verte decoration of two birds perched on a flowering tree. On the rim, four reserves with insects and alternating prunus blossoms on a black-dotted green background. Orange and gold gadrooned rim.
Kangxi period (1662-1722).
Diameter: 23.5 cm.
Two tiny enamel losses have been repeated on the gadroons of the rim.
