Long scarf from the Art Deco period in orange raffia and linen dating from the 1920s. Scarf with a stiff finish woven with raffia strips and linen strips overprinted with a stencil. Amazing work of a diamond design imitating snakeskin in a range of silver, gold, yellow ochre and gray colors! Scarf with selvedges on both sides and small raffia fringes at both ends. Small printing defect at one end with a darker area, which remains proof of the artist's manual work. Beautiful matte gloss contrast effect. Good general condition of conservation and wearable today.
