"Markgräfliches Palais" (Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, Germany). Pen and watercolor. 15.5 x 22 cm, in a 24 x 29.5 cm frame. Charming, unfolding view of the Margrave's Palace, built on Rondellplatz by the architect Friedrich Weinbrenner between 1803 and 1814. The Constitution Column, which has stood in the middle of the square since 1824, is not shown in the drawing. The palace now houses the headquarters of the BBBank. Ref. 9-105
