Rare 18th century French solid silver tulip cup resting on a foot with a gadroon frieze. Magnificent chiseled decoration under the threaded neck with an upper frieze alternating festoons of roses and eagles, and the lower part with shell lambrequins and grid alternating with tabs of flowers, all on an amati background. Engraved in small characters "A HEBRAND". Hallmark for SENS 1727-45 (S Crowned) and Hallmark repeated twice by Master Goldsmith
