38 Cm High French Art Glassware: Legras Art Deco Style, Frosted And Enameled

Exceptional, large, and very rare Art Deco vase with a remarkable design, made using cameo, ice-cut, and enameled glass techniques.
Created around 1915 by the renowned French art glass workshop Legras. This is a true masterpiece in the Art Deco style, signed Legras in cameo. The outer layer features a marbled effect of yellow, orange, and clear glass paste, worked using the ice-cut glass technique. This outer layer is then carved into a cameo with a highly detailed geometric floral design and then covered with enamel paint in warm shades of orange and brown (stained glass).
The interior of the vase is clear glass.
Excellent condition, with a pontilled base and a fire-polished neck.
