1st Empire Sterling Silver Pendant
Solid silver pendant composed of a medallion and a coat of arms seal. The two-sided medallion has one side representing Emperor Napoleon I in profile and on the reverse the crowned imperial eagle. The ornate seal is engraved with a very beautiful coat of arms comprising an armed arm crowned with an armed lion on the helmet. The two pendants are held by a chain of nielloed silver rings of beautiful assembly complexity. This ornate set is rare for this period. The set is in perfect condition.
