Tinned Copper Cauldron, 19th Century Persia, Decoration: Medallions, Calligraphy And Seated Princes

Large cauldron in chiseled red copper, formerly tinned, from Persia, from the 19th century in very good condition.
The deep chiseling represents eight polylobed medallions decorated with calligraphy and princes sitting on carpets and carrying a saber.
Numerous pistachio flowers decorate the whole.
A beautiful Greek surrounds the top of the object, a frieze surrounds the bottom.
Two very thick trilobed bronze fasteners support the handle, also bronze.
Note the narrowing of the body in the upper part which gives a real cachet to this piece
