Very beautiful decorative study sheet with motifs in vogue in the 18th century with scrolls and garlands of flowers, vase and mythological and fantastic characters on laid paper. A few light stains on the right side but nothing shocking! It has a green wash mat which enhances the subtle colors of the drawing which is octagonal in shape. Frame called Bérain from the period but which has been recently regilded. The whole is very decorative and takes up the ornamental compositions of the 18th century.
