Medallion protected by a curved glass, and presented circled in gilded brass in its original frame in garnet velvet plush.
Signed E. Laurent and dated 1882. Eugène Laurent, French sculptor, exhibited in Parisian salons. One of his statues representing François Boucher adorns the Hotel de Ville in Paris.
Good condition, both for the medallion and for the plush frame (the small white dots on the photos are due to dust in the air)
