Large Window Panel - Geometric Decor Curtain With Wide Fringes - Art Deco Period
Superb and large panel in mechanical embroidery with geometric decoration on fine cotton voile (circa 1930 - 1935). This curtain embroidered with rayon thread is in a color between off-white and very light cream. Its lower edge has a fringed rayon trim, thus allowing the panel to be weighed down while adding a quality and refined finish. The upper edge is lined with a twill cotton ribbon, useful for attaching the hanging rings. The whole is in excellent condition. It does not present any fragility under tension. Old linen washed and ironed.
