His headdress is arranged by a large central bun and lateral lobes, his face displays a concentrated expression accentuated by the closed eyes like coffee beans. Hardwood with localized brown patina, yellow ochre pigments and signs of use. Punu, southern Gabon, early 20th century. Dimensions: 16.3 X 5.8 cm Provenance: former collection of a Parisian doctor, collected by his uncle (French military), in the first half of the 20th century.
