Japan 19th Century, Meiji Period, Three Measures Or Cups In Patina Copper Engraved With Flowers In Acid

Very beautiful series of three measures or cups in yellow copper or brass with a chocolate or nuanced caramel patina; the three objects fit together like Russian dolls. Each is decorated with a very beautiful acid-etched decoration of an interlacing of flowers and leaves that seems to be on a water background, I think that these are Buddhist lotus motifs.
Perhaps they are objects of scholars, in any case very beautiful, connoisseurs will certainly be able to say what they are (I thank in advance anyone who could inform me on this subject).
All three are in good condition, it is however necessary to point out two small imperfections on the largest, a small vertical dent in the narrowest part and a slight crack in the metal "in a star" on the widest part, almost at the base).
