Pretty oil on plywood from the 1930s, representing the emblematic rue Sainte Rustique in Montmartre which offers a striking view of the dome of the Sacré Cœur. The technique is typical of the Montmartre painters, who, following the impressionists, created a particular imagery of their neighborhood.
