an astonishing work from the 19th century in the spirit of the 18th century century. this walnut box is of very good quality of execution: in the shape of a tomb it is carved on all its sides with cornucopias decorated with flowers and fruits, floral motifs and imp heads. and they rest on 4 small shell feet it is in excellent condition and has retained its bronze handle and its original key and lock which work, no wormholes or any restoration to report, it is in very perfect condition. beautiful waxed patina.
