Beautiful Renaissance-style walnut sideboard, richly carved and partially gilded and polychromed, dating from the late 19th century or very early 20th century.
This piece of furniture has a particularly elegant silhouette with its curved sides, evoking certain Italian productions, particularly Lombardy.
The front is adorned with four faux drawers richly decorated with carved wood scrolls, arabesques and floral motifs, enhanced by gilding and polychromy in red and green tones.
The uprights are embellished with piaster-type friezes in gilded wood.
The sides simulate arched drawers, reinforcing the overall architectural and decorative effect.
It opens through a concealed door, revealing an interior fitted with a shelf.
Functional posterior key (original key missing).
