French clock signed A Blacher Paris. Ca 1850 This exceptional chest with walnut veneer and ebony bangles has a gilded handle and bezel. The hour ring is silvered and the hands are Breguet type. The rake bell rings a soft bell every hour. The mechanism is regulated with a balance escapement. On the back there is a small cord to activate the ringtone. Winding the alarm clock is done from the front as well as the adjustment which is made with the long needle. Height with handle: 19 cm Width: 14.5 cm Depth: 10 cm
