Studded Leather Box

Softwood box, rectangular in shape, covered in brown leather and studded.
The cover is decorated on the front with a row of nails.
On the top, beautiful decoration in the shape of two diamonds surrounding the handle, four brass oves on the corners.
A little lack of leather on the cover and wear in the corners. (See photos)
The face is entirely decorated with small nails, fleur-de-lys, large square nails. The keyhole is later.
Very beautiful patina of the leather.
The interior is entirely covered with subsequently glued fabric.
He lost his lock. A few nails are missing, nothing very important if we consider the period of the box, and the wear and tear of time.
