Beautiful round or flowing napkin in silver neck brace 1st title of which it bears the hallmark as well as the diamond goldsmith's hallmark of César Tonnelier (CT a feather and a plowshare).
It presents a pretty Napoleon III style guilloché work as well as a chiseled cartouche with the number Paul taking the shape of a crown.
