It is inspired by the 3rd or 4th state of this engraving by Callot, visible by the number of rosettes in the coat of arms. The coat of arms is that of Louis XIII's Secretary of State, Philippe Phélipeaux. The differences lie in the details and the legend. Presence of a foxing from the bottom center to the right.
