Primavera - Purple-glazed Ceramic Vase 1920/30.
Artist: Primavera
Large ceramic vase with truncated cone shape from the Art Deco Period.
It takes a form inspired by Asia, reinforced by the stickers typical of 17th and 18th century productions affixed to the body of certain ceramic containers.
The potbellied volume of the vase allows you to play with color gradients.
The shades of mauve that appear during cooking constitute the true vibratory decoration.
No chips on the collar or on the foot.
Some enamel jumps due to cooking blisters, undoubtedly due to the complexity of uniform cooking over a wood fire for a large piece. PRIMAVERA brand stamped into the earth.
