"19th Century Neapolitan School, Pair Of Gouaches On Paper, Well Framed, Pesto, Grotta Del Cane"
Very beautiful pair of large Neapolitan gouaches from the 19th century, entitled Grotta del Cane and Pesto. They are very fresh, in excellent condition and very bright. One depicts a lively landscape with a cave and a hilly landscape; the other, the archaeological site of Paestum with its characteristic temples. They are very well framed with varnished sticks with fillets. The pair is very decorative.
