Sevres Manufacture Biscuit, Medallion, Universal Exhibition 1900, Chaplain, Naked Engineering

Artist: Jules-clément Chaplain (1839-1909)
Very beautiful biscuit medallion from the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres for the Universal Exhibition of 1900. It is indicated that it is the souvenir of the feast of February 5, 1901. It represents a naked genius holding a shield. It is fixed on a wooden board covered with red felt to highlight it and equipped with a more recent black and gold stick of dimensions: 24 x 24 cm. Beautiful decorative object!
