Antique Umbrella, Good Condition, Green Silk And Lace, Circa 1850
Antique umbrella. The lower part of the handle is carved bone, the upper part in wood. The corozo nut tip. The green silk canvas edged with lace has been changed with a similar silk, so this parasol is in very good condition and can be used. A metal ring allows it to be folded in half, which at the time allowed it to be folded to get into a cab more easily. It measures 24,60 inches long closed and approximately 21,63 inches in diameter open. France, circa 1850.
