Louis XVI Style Lamp In Gilt Bronze, 19th Century Period
Beautiful Louis XVI style lamp in gilded bronze. Originally, it was a torch which was converted into a lamp. The bronze is very thick and the candlestick is very heavy with deep and bold moldings and carvings in the Louis XVI style. Fluted base, decorated with Greek friezes, acanthus and piastres. The barrel decorated with piastres and a garland of laurel leaves. The electrical system works, E27 bulbs. Linen lampshade. Original gilding, a little patinated by time, a few black spots. 19th century period. Delivery 18 euros in France, 35 euros in the EU and 100 euros rest of the world.
