Pair of large candlesticks called torches in chiseled and gilded bronze from the 18th century in Louis XV style. Rich ornamentation of acanthus leaves, shells, staples and flowers. The original gilding is slightly faded in places, it has a beautiful old patina. Assembly with thick threads. Period late 18th century, very early 19th century.
