Object description :

"Oak Woodwork Bookcase, Early 19th Century (237cm X 180xm)."
Beautiful solid oak woodwork bookcase dating from the beginning of the 19th century, around 1820. Its dimensions are very pleasant, quite wide with little height. The four doors are perforated from top to bottom by a mesh. This bookcase has eight modular shelves, they can be arranged at the desired height. The door frames, as well as the cornice, are richly molded. The two central doors open using a key and two-point lock. The two side doors are fixed with hinges to the central doors, they are fixed using high and low pushers on the frame. This bookcase is very well made and of very good quality. It can be dismantled thanks to its large round-headed nuts. This piece of furniture is in good condition. Dimensions: 237cm wide, 180cm high, and 55cm deep.
