Pin box in lacquered and gilded wood. Period early 18th century. Martin varnish technique in imitation of Chinese and Japanese lacquers. Beautiful set in finely chiseled bronze: hinges, key entry (with bird decoration) and grip button. Functional lock with an old key. Alteration of the decor. Note: a small slit on the back.
