Important Quimper earthenware vase signed André HORELLOU (1943-2011) for the KERALUC workshop around 1960-70 presenting a large shaped piece depicting a goat animated by a rich polychrome enamelled and incised decoration inscribed in reserves. Perfect condition, dimensions 38 cm high X 32 cm wide X 21 cm in diameter (Note another interesting piece by the artist with a similar decor and from the same provenance, to be seen in the meeting on the last photos) André HORELLOU ( 1943-2011) studied at the School of Fine Arts in Quimper under the direction of Jos LE CORRE, the painter André HORELLOU joined Keraluc in 1966. He designed a type of decor that was his own. He left Keraluc around 1987 to devote himself to painting in his good city of Douarnenez.
