Rare carnelian bowl with a beautiful deep orange-yellow. The typical Chinese shape is classic, and the capacity is that of a tea bowl. The grinding work is meticulous, the shape is perfect, the Agate has an excellent color which shows shades of color ranging from yellow to orange through transparency. Difficult to date with precision but all these quality criteria seem to indicate a creation from the Qing period. Excellent condition except micro scratches invisible without magnifying glass.
