"Wardrobe Louis XV, XVIIIth Century."
This cabinet is in oak, it is capped with a very beautiful cornice with double hanger which is adorned with a kind of motif in the form of coat of arms in the center, these cornices are commonly called "in hat of gendarme". It opens by two doors, richly molded, which include three panels each. It is supported at the front by two curved legs which are raised, the low cross in front is carved and carved of three large flowers of sunflower. If this sort of furniture was found among wealthy people, in bourgeois dwellings, it is a provincial production, it is adorned with motifs, flowers, hearts, and rosettes, which belong to popular art. Production of eastern France in oak from the end of the 18th century. It has reached us in an excellent condition and has kept its key and its lock of origin.
